Als Messehost/Messehostesse (m/w/d) für unseren Messestand auf der Intersolar 2026 empfängst du Besucher:innen, informierst über Produkte sowie Dienstleistungen und repräsentierst das Unternehmen professionell.
Zu deinen weiteren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem die Betreuung der Meetingräume und das Catering. Deine genaue Tätigkeit wird dir vor Ort zugewiesen. Ein Briefing findet am ersten Messetag am Messestand statt.
Da du auch gelegentlich Kundengespräche führen wirst, ist fließendes Englisch ein Muss und weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Ein Gesundheitszeugnis ist Pflicht.
Wir erwarten von dir einen gepflegten Auftritt in schwarzer/dunkelblauer Stoffhose und weißem Hemd bzw. im schwarz/dunkelblauen Hosenanzug und weißer Bluse.
Wir suchen Promoter (m/w/d), die gemeinsam 2 Stände auf der Ideen Expo betreuen und Streuartikel ausgeben können. Ihr solltet keine Scheu davor haben, aktiv auf Leute zuzugehen. Für die Promotionaktion stellen wir euch ein Polo-Shirt mit unserem Logo zur Verfügung, ansonsten solltet ihr eine elegante Jeans tragen.
Für eine Veranstaltung suchen wir engagierte Eventhelfer/innen (m/w/d) für den Bereich Messebau. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem: Entladen und Beladen von Messebaumaterial aus/in einen LKW, Unterstützung beim Auf- und Abbau der Veranstaltung, Umräumen und Platzieren der Eventausstattung. Du benötigst Stahlkappenschuhe und wetterangepasste Arbeitskleidung (Arbeitshose, Handschuhe, Jacke, etc.). Du solltest körperlich fit / belastbar sein.
We are looking for a hostess for our exhibition booth, who will take over typical tasks such as customer reception and catering. Tasks such as distributing brochures/flyers, as well as small assembly and dismantling activities may also be required. As you will also be conducting occasional customer meetings, fluent English is a must and additional language skills are an advantage. We expect you to wear black trousers and a white shirt, or a trouser suit and white blouse.
