The InStaff & Jobs GmbH offers interpreters & foreign language hostesses who translate customer conversations at your exhibition stand or event and look after foreign customers. You fill in a non-binding online booking request and within a few hours you will receive a selection of hostesses and hosts with professional experience in simultaneous translation. InStaff acts as an interpreting agency and takes care of hiring, handling and deployment guarantee of the interpreter staff.

Business activities of our interpreting hostesses
The cost of a foreign language hostess depends on the required skills: for simple translation services from German to English, we can offer you a hostess from 20.02 EUR per hour, depending on the city and period. If you are expecting a trained interpreter, the costs are about 220 EUR to 270 EUR per day.

Verified language skills of all hostesses
We verify the language skill of each personell in an individuell interview. Only native or business fluent speakers are considered for interpreter jobs. -
Interpreter experience in the corporate environment
All interpreter hostesses have gained relevant experience at exhibitions and events. You can view this experience, including customer ratings, on the staff profile before booking. -
With professional interpreting training if required
Some hostesses and hosts in our database have completed interpreter training. We can advertise your job in our database among all interpreters in Germany, although you may have to pay for travel and accommodation. -
Attractive and professional appearance
When selecting staff, you can view several profile pictures for each hostess including a full body picture. All hostesses are also briefed for the assignment and have experience in representing companies. -
High reliability incl. guaranteed deployment
InStaff guarantees the use of the booked interpreting hostesses. If a hostess becomes ill at short notice, a replacement with business fluent foreign language skills will be provided within a few hours.
