Jia actively supported us in acquiring new customers at a trade fair in Düsseldorf. It was her first time at a trade fair and also her first real experience of actively approaching customers at a trade fair. After a short briefing on how to behave and how best to approach customers, she did her job well. At first, she had some minor problems coldly approaching passers-by, which is completely normal. Over time, she gradually overcame this and approached people very well in the aisle. She delivered her pitch in both German and English. She translated the pitch into English herself, and I was very surprised at how well she could speak to customers in English. Jia adequately communicated our services and made various contacts for us. At the same time, we assigned Jia the task of visiting stands at the trade fair and talking to people there to collect business cards. This also worked out well. You certainly can't compare Jia to someone who makes new customer acquisition their main job. And at the same time, she did a great job at the trade fair! I was very pleased with her, considering it was her first time doing it. At the same time, she was a pleasant person to be around, and it was also nice to have a conversation about non-work matters.

Jiasiye was always punctual and friendly, which we greatly appreciated. However, the role requires actively approaching customers and addressing them directly. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met in this area. For this reason, we will not be booking again.
