Sila carried out the project with great commitment and excellent preparation. Her punctuality, friendliness, and well-groomed appearance were consistently impressive. Communication was pleasant and reliable at all times, and she also addressed customers on-site in a proactive and friendly manner. We were thoroughly satisfied and look forward to working with them in the future.

During the assignment, Sila was very polite, helpful, and always open and communicative. It was clear that she enjoyed her work, especially the contact with customers. She actively participated, made sensible suggestions for improvement, and demonstrated great commitment, which was greatly appreciated by the team. Her curiosity and interest in the world of baristas and coffee demonstrated her willingness to learn and motivation. Overall, the assignment was very successful, and the customers at the trade fair also enjoyed seeing her at work. There is room for improvement with regard to the dress code – in future, all black shoes are requested, and no crop tops are allowed. Furthermore, mobile phone use should be avoided during working hours. These points have already been addressed, but unfortunately, were not consistently implemented. Apart from that, we were very satisfied with Sila's commitment and performance overall.

Sila made a very positive impression with her open, friendly, and professional manner. She impressed us with her respectful approach, strong communication skills, and confident demeanor. Her commitment was a valuable support and contributed greatly to the success of our trade fair appearance.
