Sirka is personable, and the introduction/priefing process went well. Therefore, my feedback is not personal, but purely about her role as a trade fair hostess. Sirka did not fulfill this role to our satisfaction. We expect trade fair hostesses to approach and engage with trade fair visitors in a friendly, open, and proactive manner. We communicated this clearly in advance. Sirka did this only to a very limited extent. She often stood in front of the trade fair stand with her arms crossed and her eyes on the floor. Despite repeated warnings, she continued to display this behavior. She hardly approached people at all. With a few exceptions, she hardly invited anyone to the stand. This was rather counterproductive.

Good job

Sirka quickly got to grips with her duties and provided us with excellent support during the event. She was very friendly to the guests and looked after them excellently. We recommend her without reservation.
