Working with Dilara was a wonderful experience. She supported us as a barista for three days at a trade fair. She was punctual and reliable right from the start, and she worked independently throughout the entire trade fair, assuming full responsibility for the barista area of our booth. Her friendly and welcoming manner is particularly noteworthy. Dilara always greeted guests politely and courteously, making every visitor feel welcome. She also received high praise from our customers – not only for her excellent barista skills, but also for her attentive and service-oriented approach. She demonstrated forward-thinking skills and independently found solutions to minor challenges. She also always left her workspace immaculately clean.
