Hassan arrived, without a message or a call, 80 minutes late, claiming that he had accidentally gone to the wrong branch. But he also arrived there 50 minutes after he was supposed to start with us. He wasn't aware of that at all. Then he got up in the middle of the busy cash register to get something to drink and take a break. When he was told that he was not entitled to a break after 4.75 hours, he asked how long he actually had to work. His cashier performance was okay, but his work ethic left a lot to be desired.
