Ich bIn Jorrit und liebe heisse Öfen
Ich bin gebürtiger Norddeutscher. Das Kochen sowie neue Lebensmittel, Kräuter und Gewürze entdecken sind nicht nur mein Beruf, sondern auch meine Leidenschaft. In Wien, Dubai, Hamburg und Dänemark habe ich schon in so einige Töpfe geschaut. Angestellt bin ich bei dem Caterer Formidable und bin einer von den beiden Crazy Chefs in Hamburg.
Und ich habe die Wiener Bar3 im Bereich Kulinarik im November neu eröffnet.
