As with previous assignments, we really enjoy working with Julian. He is always very friendly, courteous and conscientious.

Julian was a huge support at the Southside Festival – both in his mascot costume and in front of the camera. He was very committed, clearly enjoyed producing content with us, and even took on smaller presentations in front of the camera. He was always punctual, reliable, and proactive. His open nature was particularly impressive – he actively approached people and meshed well with the team. Julian was incredibly personable, motivated, and professional – we would book him back anytime!

We've worked with Julian several times before, and this time, too, everything went smoothly.

All in all, we were very happy with Julian. He was the perfect size for the mascot costume and he was also very good with children and adults! We would have liked a little more initiative, but that wasn't so bad, as the costume was such a magnet that the children came to him on their own.

Julian tackled very specific work instructions well. Unfortunately, he was sometimes not so attentive when it came to looking after the participants. Having an overview, seeing what needs to be done, quickly putting the material back in the right place, being attentive, etc. He was very dependent on specific instructions. He also did not actively approach interested parties, as was required for the assignment, but always had to be specifically asked to do so.

Juilian is a nice promoter who also had time for a briefing and assignment at short notice. I pulled a star from him because he was late for the job and didn't report to the check-in number to let him know. Unfortunately I had to call him afterwards.

Julien was late on the first day (almost an hour, but she called Claudia and told her about it! But he had to be sent a letter afterwards = extra work for us). Unfortunately completely unsuitable as a promoter. Julian is very insecure, not communicative and approached people proactively.
