Malte arrived 30 minutes late for his scheduled assignment. He declined an extension to compensate for this delay, citing that it was not required under his employment contract. We perceived this as uncooperative and not conducive to reliable collaboration. Furthermore, it became apparent that he had not sufficiently familiarized himself with the work processes beforehand. This led to certain tasks not being carried out properly. For example, receipts were photographed improperly, which required multiple corrections. Repeated instructions and reminders to ensure his tasks were carried out correctly were necessary. Furthermore, his communication in these situations was often perceived as lacking in insight and monosyllabic. In particular, his demeanor at times seemed arrogant, rather than him engaging constructively with suggestions for improvement. Overall, Malte gave the impression that he was only partially willing to integrate into the existing structures and processes. His work style revealed weaknesses in diligence and personal responsibility, while his communication style was not always team-oriented.

Could handle the costume very well - his experience in this area was obvious. He also interacted well with children.
