Waiter / Waitress (m/f/d) & Barkeeper (m/f/d)

Ich habe ein Jahr lang im Mercure Hotel Berlin im Bereich Frühstücksservice gearbeitet. Anschließend hab ich ein Jahr lang bei einer Leih-Arbeitsfirma auf verschiedenen Events gearbeitet (wie z.B. Messe, Kulturbrauerei, Daimler...). Meine Tätigkeiten waren das Servieren von Getränken an Gäste, Getränkeempfang, abräumen von Gläsern und Tellern, polieren und so weiter. Zuallerletzt arbeitete ich ein Jahr lang hinter der Bar im Clärchens Ballhaus (Spiegelsaal) ebenfalls über eine Leih-Arbeitsfirma. Die Tätigkeiten hierbei waren Bier zapfen, Bierfässer anschließen, alle üblichen Longdrinks zubereiten (wie z.B. Gin-Tonic, Kuba Libre, Moskau Mule, Wodka Lemon...), Cocktails wie Mojito und Caipirinha, sowie den alkoholfreien Caipirinha und das Abkassieren von Bargeld beziehungsweise die Annahme von Kartenzahlungen. Außerdem studiere ich Wirtschaftsinformatik und befinde mich derzeit im 7. Fachsemester.
