Unfortunately, we were not at all satisfied with this second mission. He seemed unfocused, listless and bored. After a clarifying conversation, Oussama then praised improvement for the assignment that had already been booked the following day. However, he simply called in sick shortly before the start of the shift. Unfortunately very disappointing, not again!
