Als Eventmanagerin für eine kürzliche Abschlussfeier kann ich nicht genug betonen, wie außergewöhnlich Pauline in ihrer Rolle war. Sie hat nicht nur die Bar fachmännisch gemanagt, sondern auch während der gesamten Veranstaltung einen perfekten Überblick über alles behalten und dafür gesorgt, dass der Service erstklassig war. Pauline koordinierte sich nahtlos mit dem anderen Kellnerpersonal und sorgte dafür, dass alle auf dem gleichen Stand waren, während sie mehrere Aufgaben mit Leichtigkeit erledigte. Ihre Führungsqualitäten glänzten, als sie bei Sonderprojekten die Initiative ergriff und immer sofort eingriff, wenn es nötig war. Paulines Professionalität, ihr herzliches Auftreten und ihr Engagement, die Veranstaltung zu einem Erfolg zu machen, zeichnen sie wirklich aus. Sie war ein entscheidender Teil des Erfolgs des Abends und ich kann sie für jede Veranstaltung, die Spitzenleistungen verlangt, wärmstens empfehlen!
