Unfortunately, Raafat didn't live up to our expectations at all. His clothing was not appropriate for the service. With a black T-shirt and dark trousers, his appearance made an unkempt impression. He took a break with his cell phone, even though no breaks were agreed upon during the 6-hour working period. He worked very slowly and unfortunately his knowledge of German is not sufficient for a service job.
