Unfortunately, Ms. Ramanpreet Kaur was only there on two of the five booked days, and she was also late on these two days. The lack of reliability reduces the rating. The quality and quantity of the work itself was good.

Ramanpreet actually has a lot of energy and is very well received by customers. Unfortunately, in both assignments that she carried out for us, we had the impression that she enjoyed talking to the other jobbers more than doing her job. It's a shame, because she could definitely do it very well.

Unfortunately, during the two-day operation, Ramanpreet was quite unmotivated on day 1 and looked quite bored while eating on the event area in front of the guests and customers. The briefing in advance was also not read properly. The motivation was better on day 2, but we would have liked to have addressed the guests more actively.
