Ich war als Leitung des studentischen Cafés in der Hochschule Hannover für 1 Jahr für den Verkauf, Aufrechterhaltung des Inventars, Einstellung und Koordinierung der Mitarbeiter und die Kommunikation mit Lieferanten verantwortlich.
Seid neustem habe ich insgesamt 6 Monate als Barkeeper Erfahrung gesammelt, im Asteria Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa und im Ithaki Venue in Zypern. Zusätzlich bei der Hannoverschen Messe.
Auf der Hannover Messe habe ich auch etliche Hostess und Security Jobs gemacht.
Im Gastronomiesektor dürfte ich also rund 11 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung haben.
Außerem habe ich 4 Monate als Lagerist im Großhandel bei Enders und 2 Monate bei Kaufland im Einzelhandel gearbeitet.

The assignment with Valeri went well, but somewhat mixed. On a positive note, the promoter generally adhered to the booked assignment time and completed his on-site tasks. Decent sales figures were achieved for two out of three or four products. Another positive aspect is that the promoter stepped in at short notice for a colleague who was ill, for which we are grateful. This meant that the briefing had to take place on the weekend. The meeting was originally scheduled to take place during a train journey, but we felt this was unsuitable due to the expected noise. Ultimately, the meeting was rescheduled for a later date, which delayed coordination somewhat but was resolved by mutual agreement. Unfortunately, collaboration also proved difficult in several areas. The requested confirmation of the assignment 24 hours before the start of the assignment was not received, which led to unnecessary additional organizational effort and an internal emergency process. The promoter also arrived significantly late (90 minutes) for the start of the assignment, which significantly disrupted the on-site processes. A particular challenge was the fact that the promoter didn't have an internet-enabled mobile device. Since our processes are highly digitalized, real-time communication and digital reporting weren't possible. Furthermore, we couldn't obtain signatures or transmit images, which significantly limited our ability to manage and monitor the operation. The bottom line was that the job was done, but the effort required was significantly higher than usual. We wouldn't rule out booking again, but it would depend on improved conditions.
