We booked Tiger through our agency and were initially very satisfied with his work. He was easy to reach at all times, gave us regular feedback, and even sent us pictures of his work. However, the store management subsequently informed us that Tiger was often on his cell phone during the assignment and spent more time talking to friends than engaging with customers. He also told the store management that he felt it was unnecessary for him to be in that position—that someone from the on-site team could just as easily do it. However, we would like to emphasize that there were apparently discrepancies in communication with the store, and Tiger was deployed there even though this was not what was planned in the briefing. He is not responsible for this deviation. Nevertheless, we consider such a statement to be inappropriate to the customer (in this case, the store management). As a promoter, it is better to share personal assessments—even if they may be factually understandable—internally. Overall, however, the collaboration with Tiger went well. We would book him again, hoping that next time the assignment will run as described in the briefing and that there will be no spontaneous changes.
