The process of searching a promoter was unproblematic. We needed very spontaneously 6 promoter for an event, which worked very well. Within a day we had a complete team we confirmed. The platform shows a good overview about the staff as well as reviews from former jobs. Also filling in the working hours and confirming these is good organized. The exact costs were communicated fast and in an uncomplicated way, so that we were able to plan. Just one thing: Actually we wanted to book staff for two different dates (briefing for weeks in advance and for the event itself). It was not able to upload it clearly on the booking calendar (the calendar shows you only the following booking days), so I had to write it in the job description. This is improvable.
