I would recommend the agency, because they always took care of my concerns in a fast, fair and competent matter.
As soon as one has figured out how to use the platform, it offers a good and transparent overview of all participants, offers and receipts. I find the suggestions very nice while filling out the forms. Everything is well thought-out in my opinion.
