wir suchen für Donnerstagabend/-nacht vier fleißige Helfer:innen (m/w/d), die uns bei folgenden Tätigkeiten unterstützen:
- Leergut aus unserem Sammel-Lagercontainer an 10 Messestände verteilen.
- An zwei Messeständen im Zweierteam beim Einpacken helfen (z.B. Paletten packen, Sendungen in Holzkisten verpacken).
Die Startzeit ist fix, die Endzeit kann jedoch abweichen.
Bitte denke daran, Sicherheitsschuhe zu tragen.
Die Pausenregelungen werden vor Ort besprochen.

Für eine Veranstaltung suchen wir engagierte Eventhelfer/innen (m/w/d) für den Bereich Messebau. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem: Entladen und Beladen von Messebaumaterial aus/in einen LKW, Unterstützung beim Auf- und Abbau der Veranstaltung, Umräumen und Platzieren der Eventausstattung. Du benötigst Stahlkappenschuhe und wetterangepasste Arbeitskleidung (Arbeitshose, Handschuhe, Jacke, etc.). Du solltest körperlich fit / belastbar sein.
Wir suchen für unsere ITCS Messe eine Person (m/w/d), die unsere Garderobe betreut und uns anschließend beim Abbau des Events hilft. Deine Aufgaben beim Abbau umfassen z.B. das Verladen von Sachen in den Transporter, das Abziehen von Klebebändern, den Abbau des Infostandes und das Zusammenräumen von Beachflags. Es sind keine komplizierten Aufgaben, aber wir werden ein bisschen etwas Tragen. Du solltest also körperlich fit / belastbar sein. Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss. Es handelt sich um eine IT-Jobmesse mit Festivalcharakter, bei der es darum geht, Spaß zu haben und gemeinsam ein tolles Event auf die Beine zu stellen! Bring also ein Lächeln mit :) Wir erwarten über 2000 Besuchende.
We are looking for a booth staff to support our team at the GITEX Europe 2026 exhibition. You will be the first point of contact for visitors to our booth. No technical or IT background is required — our product team handles all detailed questions. Your job is to welcome people, keep the booth lively, and connect interested visitors with our team.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken)
- Friendly, outgoing, and presentable
- Comfortable approaching and talking to visitors
- Reliable and punctual for both days
- Previous experience at trade fairs or B2B / IT events is a plus, but not required
Dress Code
- We will provide a branded company T-shirt to wear at the booth, so all staff have a consistent look. Please wear it on both days.
- Pair the T-shirt with business casual bottoms (e.g. neat trousers or chinos; no shorts, no ripped jeans) and clean, closed-toe shoes.
- If, for any reason, the company T-shirt is not available, please come in business casual attire (smart top, neat trousers).
- Overall: neat, clean, and professional appearance.
