wir suchen zwei Helfer:innen (m/w/d), die uns beim Aufbau eines Messestandes unterstützen.
Deine Aufgabe ist es, Ware vom Kunden auszupacken und beim Aufbau des Messestands zu helfen.

Für ein internationales Meeting suchen wir erfahrene Meet & Greet Host/Hostessen (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung.
- Du empfängst die ankommenden Gäste und connectest sie mit den Fahrern
- Du koordinierst die Fahrer, die die Gäste zum Hotel bringen.
- Du unterstützt die Gäste proaktiv und freundlich bei allen Belangen rund um die Ankunft.
Enger Kommunikation mit dem Event-Team ist wichtig

- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Funktionsfähiges Handy.
- Business-Outfit in schwarz/weiß.
- Gute Kenntnisse des Flughafen wären großartig!

Für eine Markenaktion für Hennessy, die parallel zu einem Konzert stattfindet, suchen wir ein fünfköpfiges Team von Hosts/Hostessen (m/w/d), das uns an beiden Tagen unterstützt.
Fließend Englisch ist eine Voraussetzung, da du während der gesamten Veranstaltung direkt mit den Gästen interagierst.
Deine Aufgaben:
• Du steuerst die Besucherströme am Eingang und rund um den Aktionsbereich.
• Du übernimmst den Empfang der Gäste, den Check-in und die Ausgabe von Wertmarken.
• Du unterstützt bei der Gästebetreuung im Innen- und Außenbereich, lädst Besucher:innen zur Aktion ein und betreust die VIP-Gäste.

• weiße Jeans in Slim-Fit-Passform
• weiße Sneakers
• T-Shirts mit dem Event-Logo werden von uns gestellt.
Liebe Aushilfen, typische Tätigkeiten der Garderobenhostess ist die Betreuung von Besuchern und der Garderobenservice (ausgeben der Garderobenmarken für Mäntel und Taschen). Da man als Garderobenhostess das Unternehmen repräsentiert und Kontakt mit den Kunden/Gästen hat, gibt es Voraussetzungen, die für die Ausübung dieser Tätigkeit erfüllt sein sollten. Dazu zählen ein gepflegtes Äußeres (ordentliche Frisur, gepflegte Fingernägel, seriöses Outfit), professionelle Umgangsformen (Freundlichkeit, Höflichkeit, Seriosität). Bitte trage eine weiße Bluse/weißes Hemd, schwarze Hose und schwarze Schuhe (keine Turnschuhe).use.

Conduct a phone interview
You arrange an online telephone interview of about 10 minutes. During this interview we will check your details, give you feedback on your profile and answer all your questions personally.
