Als Host/Hostesse (m/w/d) empfängst du die Gäste und repräsentierst das Unternehmen professionell.
- Du übernimmst die Begrüßung und Betreuung der Gäste.
- Du bist für die Zuweisung und Richtungsweisung der Gäste zuständig.
- Du kümmerst dich um die Garderobenbetreuung.
- Erste Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder im Veranstaltungsbereich ist von Vorteil.
Dresscode: weißes Oberteil/T-Shirt, weiße Hose und weiße Sneaker. Falls keine weiße Hose vorhanden ist, ist alternativ eine Jeans möglich. Die Sneaker müssen in jedem Fall weiß sein. Eventuell wird euch vor Ort ein T-Shirt des Unternehmens zur Verfügung gestellt.
Für eine Veranstaltung suchen wir engagierte Eventhelfer:innen (m/w/d). Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem: Unterstützung beim Auf- und Abbau der Veranstaltung, Umräumen und Platzieren der Eventausstattung sowie die Gästebetreuung, um für einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu sorgen.

Für eine Veranstaltung suchen wir engagierte und tatkräftige Eventhelfer/innen (m/w/d), die uns beim Abbau unterstützen.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem der Abbau der Eventausstattung, das Tragen, Umräumen und Platzieren von Mobiliar sowie allgemeine unterstützende Tätigkeiten rund um den Veranstaltungsaufbau.
Du solltest körperlich fit, belastbar und zuverlässig sein und Freude an praktischer Arbeit haben. Erste Erfahrungen im Veranstaltungsbau sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
Bitte trage nach Möglichkeit geeignete Arbeitskleidung und festes Schuhwerk, da die Tätigkeit körperlichen Einsatz erfordert.

Für die Verabschiedung einer Gruppe internationaler Meeting-Teilnehmer:innen in Frankfurt suchen wir Unterstützung:
* Kontrolle der Flüge und Fahrer laut Transfermanifest
* Begrüßung der Gäste in der Hotel-Lobby, Leitung der Gäste zum Fahrzeug vor der Tür
* Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit dem Team vor Ort
* Im Fall von Verspätungen oder anderen Problemen Informationen an´s Team
Das muss sein:
* Business Outfit, schwarz oder blau/weiß, gute Schuhe, gepflegtes Auftreten
* Fließend Englisch und Deutsch
* Handy und Ladekabel für Kommunikation mit dem Team vor Ort
