Once you create a job (doesn’t take too long), you decide how many persons are needed as support and how many hours you need them to work. After that you relatively quick get a selection of candidates, who applied for the job and can choose from these. It is great that you immediately see how many jobs these candidates have completed before with InStaff and which rating they got from previous clients. One area of improvement that I would like to see in the future, is a better communication on the payment process, and how it works. Because I thought that actually, giving my credit card number was enough to unlock the payment, but afterwards I realized that I had to pay the invoice by bank transfer.
