Very good attendance I have had some nice and friendly telephone calls. Personnel would have to be classified more specifically, so that the customer could divide them better. Would have hoped for a little more obligingness for the first booking, since there were a few misunderstandings on my behalf. Review of the staff (meaning from the bookers) is too superficial, because one can't properly detect the actual skills, my tip: an exact questionnaire of 15 questions for example, with exact questions and 3 multiple choice answers. For example: Service for guests? a= very professional, b= adequate for a regular a la carte/catering, c= not sufficient for gastronomic jobs..... . One would have to further elaborate and work on this, since it does concern hostess services, maybe separate restaurant and other things. Sincerely yours *** ( 4 stars on 17.01.2017 )
