IFA 2022 in Berlin

IFA is the world's leading trade fair for consumer and home electronics. Since 1924, it has been an important industrial exhibition and the oldest one in Germany. Everything here revolves around technology, fun and innovations. Leading global consumer and home electronics brands present the latest technology trends, innovations and highlights from the technology sector every year. The IFA offers retailers, buyers and experts a platform to make new contacts and cultivate existing ones.

IFA 2019 attracted 245,000 visitors. They travelled from more than 100 countries to the event and were advised by almost 2,000 exhibitors about the latest products, innovations, technologies and concepts. The three major technologies voice control, artificial intelligence and networking dominated the topics at IFA across all product categories, in particular with regard to the red-hot topic of 5G. This year Japan was IFA's first innovation partner country. More than 2,800 journalists from all over the world reported on the event's offerings. The IFA was divided into 8 segments, which presented the entire variety of brands, products and innovations:

A wide range of events and highlights were offered as part of the accompanying programme. The IFA Special Areas were: IFA Next, Smart Home, Fitness & Activity, the iZONE, the Reseller Park, as well as the presentation of the UX Design Awards. In addition to expert talks and guided tours for trade visitors, keynotes, summits and conferences, there were also concerts with well-known stars.
