Unfortunately we can only give Franziska 2 out of 5 stars because we were not satisfied with her availability at all. For the first assignment, she only canceled 1 hour before the start of the job; on the second assignment, she called in sick for the second day. Unfortunately we perceived Franziska as unreliable and would not book her again because of that. However, on the one day she worked for us, she did a good job and supported our team well during their doctorate in Dresden. Of course, something can happen spontaneously or you get sick - no question about it, we fully understand that! However, we would have liked more open communication here so that we could have planned better.
