Waiter / Waitress (m/f/d) & Exhibition host/ess (m/f/d)
14 Jahre Erfahrung in allen Bereichen der Gastronomie (Menü,- & Getränkeservice, Küche, Barista, Bar), habe sowohl im Restaurant/Café gekellnert als auch über Agenturen gearbeitet. Ich lerne schnell, arbeite effektiv und habe Freude daran, neue Menschen und Aufgaben kennen zu lernen.
Ich bin teamfähig und stressresistent - Panik zu schieben trägt selten dazu bei, eine Situation effektiv zu lösen. Stattdessen bin ich viel eher daran interessiert, mit den Menschen und Gegebenheiten vor Ort nach der bestmöglichen Lösung zu suchen und diese dann schnellstmöglich umzusetzen.
In der Vergangenheit habe ich u.a. Einsätze an der Messe Frankfurt im Bereich Gastronomie & Hostess absolviert inklusive der entsprechenden Schulungen; ich verfüge über einen gültigen Lebensmittelbelehrungsschein sowie einen Führerschein der Kl B und fahre selber regelmäßig und mit Freude, sowohl in Städten als auch lange Strecken (1000+km). Auf Blablacar habe ich eine 4.9-Sterne Bewertung.
Beherrsche 10-Finger blindes Tippen am PC mit einer Geschwindigkeit von ca. 85 Wörtern/Minute.
Ein paar meiner bisherigen Arbeitserfahrungen umfassen weiter den Empfang eines Theaters zu betreuen, inkl. Bar und Garderobe; die Arbeit bestand aus: Begruessung der Gaeste und Kontrolle der Eintrittskarten, Bedienung und Pausenverkauf inkl. Vorbestellungen aufnehmen und rechtzeitig vorbereiten, Garderobe vor und nach der Vorstellung.
Als Freiwillige/Helfer an Jugend-Grossveranstaltungen teilgenommen. Aufgaben waren sehr unterschiedlich, von Teamleitung und crowd-control über Standbetreuung, Security, Essensausgaben und Raumgestaltung bis hin zu spontanen, kleinen Dringlichkeiten, die unvorhergesehen anfielen, um ein paar zu nennen.
Weiterhin habe ich jahrelange Erfahrung im Ansprechen von Menschen auch an öffentlichen Orten z.B. beim Verteilen von Flyern, aufmerksam machen auf Aktionen/Produkte u.ä. und habe Freude daran.

Clara was booked as a barista. Before booking, we asked her if she really knows how to make coffee with the barista-quality portafilter machine (latte art, setting the grinder, perfect milk froth, all common coffee specialties, etc.). Unfortunately, on the VA day, it turned out that she neither knows how to clean a coffee machine nor how to adjust the grinder, which she unfortunately also broke (damage €1,700) and she had never made latte art either. Our customer was unhappy and so were we. Clara is absolutely not open to criticism. Unfortunately, she was not aware of any guilt until the last day. That was our last collaboration.
