Unfortunately, Ayoub Lahbali seemed absent and disinterested. He didn't follow work instructions, lied, and unfortunately, we couldn't find him for a while. He left a negative impression, both internally and with the client. We terminated the assignment prematurely. He didn't bring the required work clothes, and he only removed his cap after much discussion.
