Ms. Balzer was a tremendous help to us with our breakfast service. She learned incredibly quickly, was absolutely reliable, and always kept a cool head, even in the most hectic situations. Her warm and friendly manner with the guests was particularly wonderful, as was her ability to immediately see where help was needed at the buffet. We were truly very satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend her to any team!
