Since she has already worked for us a few times and already knows our location, we would have wished for a bit more "pepp" and speed. A point that unfortunately does not work for us is to talk to our "in-house staff" about hourly wages and to badmouth the work in our company. This is very unprofessional and creates unrest in our team. Nevertheless, we would book you again but explicitly point this out again.

Opportunity for improvement - when asking guests to write down their name/email etc. double check what they have written, since some entries were extremely hard to read.
