Maximilian prepared for the event independently and meticulously, thoroughly researching the topic beforehand. On-site, he immediately took responsibility, independently identified the tasks at hand, and implemented them in a structured manner. We would particularly like to highlight his excellent interaction with the participants: He was open, friendly, and competent, provided expert guidance, and actively contributed to the success of the event.
