Guten Morgen, Im Jahr 89/90 habe ich in San Pellegrino Terme (Italien) mein Diplom als Koch erworben. Ich begann drei Jahre lang in verschiedenen Restaurants als Koch und Pizzabäcker zu arbeiten. Nachdem ich Erfahrung gesammelt hatte, akzeptierte ich einen Platz im Restaurant "Gambero dOro" und anschließend ein Jobangebot als Chefkoch im Restaurant Borgo Antico. Ein Jahr lang arbeitete ich in East Putney (London) als Chef de Partie im Restaurant "Trattoria del Buongustaio", ich habe auch die Möglichkeit in einer Internationalen Resraueant wo habe ich mit Asiatischen Köche gearbeitet und so auch Erfahrung in der Asiatisxhe Küche. 2001 zog ich nach Berlin, wo ich meine Frau traf und verschiedene Erfahrungen in italienischen Restaurants machte: von Francucci , Bacco(2 Gabeln im Guide Michelin), Pasta e Basta, 2003 als Chefkoch des Keycup Piacenza. Ich arbeite jetzt für Partyservice Gerresheim GmBh als Chef Saussier, wo ich Erfahrungen in der Catering branche gesammelt habe und meine Fähigkeiten wiederentdeckt habe Organisation, die Leidenschaft für die internationale Küche und die Wiederentdeckung traditioneller Gerichte mit neuen Einflüssen. Ich gebe gerne Gefühle und Emotionen durch meine Gerichte, um meine Gäste zu verwöhnen. Mein Lieblingsspruch ist, wie wir in Italien sagen: "Sag mir, was du isst und ich sage dir, wer du bist!"

For our family dinner with four people, Alberto was very reliable right from the start and immediately spoke to us about menu requests and the course of the evening. He bought all the ingredients for us. So we enjoyed a four-course menu of excellent quality. Each dish was lovingly prepared and tasted great! Thanks Alberto!
