In our opinion, Elia was not adequately prepared for the assignment. She arrived late and gave the impression that she had not sufficiently familiarized herself with the briefing, the content of the video call, or the information provided. Important guidelines and procedures were unknown to her and had to be explained to her repeatedly. During the assignment, she appeared unmotivated, which was also reflected in the tasting and sales figures. Overall, essential requirements of the assignment were not met, creating the impression that she was not up to the task. In our view, her performance did not meet our expectations. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot recommend Elia for future promotional assignments.
