Ich habe in den letzten Jahren umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Service- und Veranstaltungsbereich gesammelt. Als Hostess auf Messen – unter anderem auf der FIBO, dem Logistics Summit & robotics sowie im Stadionbetrieb – und als Servicekraft in Gastronomie, bei Events und Kongressen konnte ich meine Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und mein serviceorientiertes Auftreten stärken.
Darüber hinaus habe ich zwei Jahre im Einzelhandel gearbeitet und über ein Jahr in einer gynäkologischen Praxis sowie mehrere Monate in einer Steuerkanzlei mit organisatorischen und dokumentarischen Aufgaben.
Seit April 2023 studiere ich Humanmedizin an der Universität zu Köln. Ich arbeite gerne im Team, bin offen, kommunikativ und belastbar. In meiner Freizeit treibe ich viel Sport, gehe regelmäßig ins Fitnessstudio und im Winter gerne Ski fahren.

We are very satisfied with Franca's work. She is extremely independent, very friendly, and always knows how to help herself. She arrived punctually on both days and even provided flexible support until the end of the event, although we ran a little over time. We would gladly hire her again!

Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the entire team this time – Franca was one of the "better" ones; she put in a lot of effort, but the overall catering experience didn't quite meet our expectations based on her profile. Therefore, only 4 out of 5 stars. With catering training, 5 stars would certainly be possible in the future.
