Kirill is a very reliable and professional employee who approaches tasks calmly and purposefully. He gets straight down to work without making a fuss and works in a focused and efficient manner. I particularly appreciate the fact that he quickly grasps situations and often recognises what needs to be done next before it even needs to be said. This makes working in a team much easier. When Kirill is on site, you can rest assured that the tasks will be completed – reliably, attentively and without unnecessary fuss. I would give him six stars without hesitation if that were possible. I very much hope to see him back on our team for future assignments, because our work is much easier when he is involved.
