Lea, 25

Waiter / Waitress (m/f/d) & Promoter (m/f/d)

If I could, I would give zero stars. Lea triggered an "emergency" via instaff before the start of work and then canceled the event at 2:30 p.m., claiming that the mascot costume was too heavy for her. We've never heard of anything like that in 15 years. We were then left without a mascot for 3.5 hours, resulting in significant reputational damage and additional costs.
