Ich habe nach meinem Abitur im Ausland gearbeitet: drei Monate in Hostels in Spanien (Rezeption, Bar, Administration), sowie in einem Hotel in Costa Rica. Zwischen und nach meinen Reisen habe ich in Hamburg auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt am Jungfernsteig im Verkauf gearbeitet und später drei Monate im Service, an der Bar und bei Events im Restaurant Piccolo Amore und drei Monate im Verkauf & Service im Café La Maison du Pain. Durch diese Erfahrungen habe ich gelernt selbstbewusst mit Kunden und in einem Team zu arbeiten und konnte gleichzeitig auch meine Fremdsprachenkenntnisse verbessern.

Madita was booked for a large company event. - She seemed dependent, had to be reminded of tasks - had to ask her to do something/get things done, and then unfortunately it still wasn't done - I always found her in the kitchen on her phone when I came into the room - not proactive at all, unfortunately not much help, not at all considerate. Unfortunately, in the end, colleagues still had to do many things that fell within the area that both were supposed to cover: loading the dishwasher, taking out the trash.
