The promoter we had originally booked canceled at short notice, just a few hours before her shift, due to illness. Organizationally, we were already prepared for a stressful day at the trade fair because of our reduced staffing levels. Michael applied to replace her just under two hours before the shift started, and we booked him via InStaff an hour before. Despite the last-minute booking, Michael arrived punctually. He even watched our briefing video for promoters, which we had sent out beforehand via chat (pre-shift briefing), and asked specific questions on-site. Michael approached the trade fair visitors with great motivation, courtesy, friendliness, and enthusiasm, and he fulfilled all the tasks we set for him, far exceeding our expectations. The anticipated stress didn't materialize, and based on our current analysis, this is the most successful trade fair of the season. This success is largely thanks to Michael's efforts. We would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his excellent work, highly recommend Michael as a promoter, and look forward to future collaborations!
