Unfortunately, we weren't satisfied with Mouloud's work. During his time there, Mouloud's motivation left a lot to be desired. He spent too much time in the back room, so he didn't notice new customers coming to the stand. He also didn't keep the service station clean. He was also on his cell phone too often, so he wasn't really present and didn't pay enough attention. Unfortunately, we had to warn him several times to change his behavior, which didn't happen until the end, and his late arrival on the last day demonstrated how unsuitable he was. We won't book him again.
Comment from Mouloud Metouare:

Overall, Mouloud performed his duties well and was committed to his work. He demonstrated a reliable work ethic and a positive attitude. Given the requirements of the position, we would have liked him to approach customers more actively and communicate more proactively. In addition, a slightly better knowledge of German would have been advantageous in order to facilitate interaction with customers and colleagues. Nevertheless, we appreciate his commitment and thank him for his cooperation.
