Hallo, ich bin Nicolai und 27 Jahre alt. Ich habe eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice bei der Deutschen Bahn. Dadurch bin ich Kundenkontakt gewöhnt und auch schwierige Situationen gehören zur Routine. Service und Kundenberatung sind für mich Alltag.
