Logistik, Lager - seit 2018 als C-Lizenz Tischtennistrainer aktiv --> Erfahren im Sport- und Event-Bereich Auf Instaff: - Lagerarbeit (Picken, Sortieren, Versand) - Wareneinräumer (Regale pflegen, auffüllen, Lager sortieren --> Inventur) - Eventaufbauer (Aufbau, Installation, Tragearbeiten) - Umzugshelfer (11, 12 h Teil eines Umzugsunternehmens, Schleppen, Möbelauf- & abbau) - Promoter (Flyer verteilen & Arbeit am Stand --> Glücksrad, Menschen ansprechen & informieren)

The assignment took place on a very hot day, which made the working conditions considerably more challenging. We naturally took this into account in our evaluation. However, our impression was that the employee's focus was often more on conversations with his colleagues than on collaborating with our team and completing the tasks at hand. We would have liked to see more initiative and more active involvement in our team.
