Hi, my name is Sofia, I’m 22 years old and currently studying to become a teacher for English and Spanish.
I bring extensive experience in customer service and event support. I’ve worked in sales at Hunkemöller (Lingerie Store) and KIKO Milano , where I also acted as a make-up artist. Additionally, I have hands-on experience in the food sector and team-based environments. As a promoter and hostess, I’ve worked at multiple major trade shows, including the K-Messe in Düsseldorf. I’m confident in high-paced, international environments and enjoy engaging with guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Currently, I volunteer at Caritas and offer private tutoring to children in German, German as a second language (DaZ), English and Spanish.
Thanks to my language skills in German, English, Spanish and in addition Russian and Arabic as my maternal languages I can easily communicate with people from various cultural backgrounds and assist with translations or international customer support when needed. I’m a sociable, reliable and well-organized person – passionate about creating positive experiences for clients and guests at events, fairs, or promotions.
