Tim did a good job at the beginning of the event and showed potential. Unfortunately, his demeanor beforehand was sometimes a bit too casual and flippant. Drinking in the front bar area and leaning against guest tables did not meet our expectations of a professional appearance. Therefore, we can only award 4 stars. With a more professional approach, especially beforehand, Tim could easily earn a strong 5 stars in the future.
