Vyara, 22

Vyara has a very open and friendly manner. She therefore helped us with the jersey distribution. Unfortunately, during her short shift (5.5 hours), she took many breaks for conversations and photos, which was noticed negatively by the customer.

Overall, we received positive feedback regarding Vyara's manner and interview performance; however, her appearance, including her dress code, fell far short of our expectations. It should go without saying that one arrives at an assignment well-groomed and dressed appropriately. The impression on site, however, was quite different. We explicitly mentioned the dress code in our briefing, but these instructions were ignored. In our opinion, it should be perfectly clear that when interacting with clients, regardless of whether it's 30 degrees Celsius or not, one should not appear in revealing clothing or sweatpants, and this applies to all assignments.

Vyara did a fantastic job as a hostess. Very friendly and independent. I'd gladly work with her again!
