Yann was very dedicated and tried his best to do everything right. Unfortunately, he lacks initiative and a proactive approach. This is probably because it was his first trade fair, and while he would have been great at other fairs outside the book industry, our fairs are somewhat more complex and demanding. I had three booths to manage and therefore, unfortunately, didn't have the time to guide him as much as he needed. None of my colleagues felt responsible for helping either. If he wants to participate next time, he needs to be more proactive and work harder; it will be more challenging.
