We run a cooking school and event venue in Cologne and host cooking events for corporate and private groups. For peak periods and larger events, we hire additional service staff.
We typically post job openings on InStaff five to seven days in advance and receive enough applications to make selective hires. The profiles show experience and reviews, and the hourly rates are transparent from the start.
Even last-minute bookings are possible: For one event, we had only one day’s notice. The selection was correspondingly smaller, but we were able to find a suitable candidate.
What’s particularly important to us is that the platform handles everything—registration, insurance, and payroll are completely taken care of. For fluctuating staffing needs, this is a much simpler solution than a traditional staffing agency.

- You specify the date, location and a jobdescription and we send your joboffer to our service staff in all of Germany.
- Within a few hours you receive a staff selection with approximately 10 applicants per job and you can select the right waiters / kitchen staff yourself.
- The booked waiters enter into an employment relationship with InStaff and in case of illness we will provice replacement staff free of charge.
- After your event, we will send you an invoice that includes the gross wage plus our 43 % service fee - there are no additional costs.
