In big cities like Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt or Hamburg we can often provide event staff within a few hours. In mid-sized cities the lead time is usually 8 to 12 hours. For very short-notice assignments or large events we recommend sending your request early so that we can provide enough event staff all over Germany.

All staff go through an application process including an interview, profile creation and verification of previous experience. Many have experience in setting up and dismantling stages and equipment, in exhibition building or in guest care at concerts and festivals. For technical assignments we specifically provide staff with relevant experience in sound, lighting or stage technology.

Prices start at 22.17 EUR per hour – depending on location, requirements and role (stagehand, technician, exhibition builder etc.). There are no travel or accommodation costs because we work with local staff. Only the actual working time is invoiced, rounded up to the quarter hour.

The booking only becomes binding once you select the event staff you want – without minimum booking or subscription.
