Im currently studying for an M.S degree in medicinal chemistry and also I am a dancer in 2. Bundesliga. Since 2015 Ive been working part-time as a hostess. I understand that the role of a hostess is crucial for the employer because it is a tier-one job. I enjoy meeting new people. I am recognized for providing guests with friendly, competent and courteous service while answering their queries in a professional and polite way. Mariela was very friendly and attentive to the guests. In addition, she appeared on time and was also willing to work beyond the time specified before, which was very positive for us. You realize that she has little experience in the catering sector, e.g. when clearing the plates, however, no Master has fallen from the sky and the requested tasks were completed to our satisfaction, even if more slowly. Mariela’s catering experience didn’t meet our expectations. Unfortunately she is not suitable to work independently in hospitality.
